Lab Services

R&D Reformulation

5–10 business days

Submit your concept — existing recipe, benchmark product, or flavor brief. Our food scientists work in the lab kitchen to hit your target texture, moisture activity, and flavor profile. You receive a sensory evaluation report and up to three iterations before pilot sign-off.

Don't have a recipe? Our R&D team builds from brief.

Supply Chain

Ingredient Sourcing

Parallel to R&D

We maintain approved vendor lists for 340+ ingredients. Co-sourcing is available — we procure on your behalf and pass through at cost, or we can work with your existing supplier relationships. Every ingredient enters a documented receiving log with CoA verification.

Allergen-free lines sourced through segregated procurement channels.

Pilot Production

Test Batch

500–2,000 units

The pilot run validates your formula on production equipment — not lab equipment. Line conditions, seasoning adhesion, moisture loss, and packaging seal integrity are all tested under real throughput. You receive samples for buyer presentation and shelf-life testing.

Pilot cost applies as credit toward your first full production run.
